This knowledge changed my life

When I learned, only a few years ago, that:

My Thoughts create my Feelings and my Feelings drive my Actions

This changed the way I looked at life forever.

It was something I kept coming across. Knowledge that refused to be unlearned in my mind!

That knowledge was expanded by a mentor to become:

1, There are Circumstances in the world and in my life; these are just the actual Facts of the matter and are neutral.

2, I then have Thoughts about those Circumstances and can make the Circumstance mean something positive, neutral or negative.

3, Each single Thought creates one Feeling.

4, That specific Feeling generates all the Actions I do or don’t take.

I get all the Results in my life from the Actions I take or the omission to take Action.
Mind Blown
The simplicity of this makes it available to everyone.

It is a skill that requires greater self-awareness, intention and practice.

Choosing to accept the fundamental truth that this knowledge offers us, can empower each and everyone of us, in our day to day life - from this moment forward. Our past no longer determines who we are, keeping us stuck in old patterns of behaviour. We have a tool to look at what and why we are doing what we do. Then we can use the same tool to create what we do want on purpose. We can turn off the autopilot and stop being held hostage to all the recycled thoughts, feelings and actions.


This is the foundation to transform our mind and emotional management / well-being.
